This is the third year in a row on the Journal Sentinel list
The School District of Menomonee Falls is proud to announce that it has been named on the Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplace list for the third time in three years.
“This is an award given to us by our employees, first and foremost,” said Superintendent Dr. Pat Greco. “Our employees commit to providing unwavering support to each other and to our community’s children every single day and it shows in our work environment and opportunities for staff and students.”
The designation of Top Workplace is bestowed upon companies that participate in a workplace dynamics survey on work atmosphere, support and opportunities in the workplace. Staff does not know the survey is for Top Workplace as the district regularly surveys its staff around workplace environment already.
This year SDMF came in at number 17 in the “Large Employer” category of 500+ employees and ranks among other incredible districts like Muskego-Norway and Sussex Hamilton.
Menomonee Falls High School science teacher and wrestling coach Jim McMahon had this to say about his school during a board meeting, long before staff was notified of the new accolade:
“I am truly humbled to be a teacher at MFHS this is an incredible community to raise your kids in,” he said. “It’s an incredible school and there are just so many positive things that happen here on a daily basis.”
